Rose is one of our Managers at Basic Kneads. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2020 after graduating from The Soma Institute for Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL. At Soma, she got the best of both worlds in her professional training- Therapeutic approach within a relaxing massage. In her tool belt of techniques, you will see myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, deep tissue, sports massage, and active release.

Rose specializes in TMJ disorders and spent her early career working alongside chiropractors. She enjoys working with athletes from all walks of life, including football players, dancers, MMA fighters and weekend warriors. She is dedicated to finding the right techniques that fit your needs.
