A credit card is required at the time of booking with online appointments. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED when you book this appointment. You will PAY at the time of service. Your credit card information is securely held in our system to hold your appointment.

If you are running late we ask that you please call the office to notify your therapist. We will do our best to accommodate your session but may have to abbreviate it depending on our scheduling needs. The session cost will be charged as originally booked.

• We understand there are important reasons to cancel an appointment, but as a courtesy to other clients and our staff, please kindly give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge.
• If you cancel with less than 12 hours before your appointment time, a "Short Notice" fee of half of the cost of service will be charged to your account.

Basic Kneads is not responsible for lost gift cards. The 12 digit number must be presented at time of payment.

"Packages of Massages" are purchased at a discount and must be used within 1 year of purchase. Packages and are not subject to the “gift card” rule under the 2009 CARD Act - Because the consumer is paying a certain amount of money ahead of time for a discounted services in the future, it is a specific purchase at lower the normal value.

Tipping is always optional. It is an additional gift to your therapist. Those who choose to leave a tip often leave between 15-20%. Gratuity can be paid at time of service.

We would, but insurance does not take us. We can give you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company. Many of our clients have programs that allow them to get reimbursed from their work with us. We will happily issue a receipt for up to one year past the date of service.

If the weather is bad or unsafe driving conditions exist, you can expect a call from us regarding your appointment. We don’t want you to feel unsafe, but we recognize here in Nashville folks may want to keep their appointments no matter the weather, so we do our best to be here. Cancellations due to weather are no problem. If you find yourself with the day off because of weather, we happily take last-minute appointments. If one of the staff is unable to come in we will call you immediately and try to find another time.
