Paula graduated in 2015 with an associates degree in Massage Therapy from SUNY Morrisville, NY. Paula’s well-rounded experience and education makes it possible for her to help all walks of clients recover from injuries, surgeries, or maintain a healthy active lifestyle. Using intuition along with integrated techniques, she works each client's stressed areas and at their desired pressure. Reiki Master, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Medical & Sports therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Shiatsu Acupressure and Trigger Point therapy. Paula moved to Nashville be closer to her family.
