Nicole Watkins has been licensed and practicing massage therapy since 2004. She often integrates cupping, gentle stretching and himalayan hot stones in to her massage. Nicole is a gifted therapist that desires to soothe and calm a client's parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the body's "rest and digest" response - allowing clients to relax and renew. Her passion for helping others and creating a safe and healing space on her table brings about lasting client relationships.

In addition to massage therapy, Nicole is a certified yoga alliance instructor who specializes in restorative yoga. In her free time, she is spending it with family or working on creative projects, if not on retreat or taking classes.
