Mindy has been a licensed massage therapist for 15 years. With an intuitive approach and a genuine passion for helping others, she believes massage therapy is more than simply providing relaxation—it can be a powerful tool for improving mobility, reducing tension, supporting recovery, and helping clients feel more at home in their bodies.

Mindy works with each client as an individual, combining her knowledge and experience with an intuitive understanding of what their body needs. Her modalities include Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, Thai table stretching, Thai foot massage, prenatal massage, and sports recovery therapy. She has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from professional athletes to expectant mothers.

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Mindy worked as a special educator in Williamson County. Her years in education strengthened her natural ability to listen, meet people where they are, and create an environment built on trust, patience, and compassion. Those qualities remain at the heart of her work with every client.

When she isn't working, Mindy enjoys painting, writing, spending time in nature, and making memories with her family.
