Lindsay Farris, LMT and Office Manager - A 2011 graduate of the Natural Health Institute in Bowling Green, Ky. Lindsay has been part of the Basic Kneads team for over 13 years. Lindsay specializes in Cupping Therapy as well as skilled at Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Pre-natal & Sports Massage with additional training in neck/shoulders issues.

Lindsay tailors each session to meet her clients individual needs. Her intuitive touch aids in healing specific injuries and muscular pain while also allowing clients to unwind and relax. Her ultimate goal is to assist each client in enhancing and maintaining stress in the body and promoting a healthier way of life.
