Bethann provides advanced bodywork and corrective exercise. Since 1994, she has trained extensively in clinical assessment and manual therapy and uses a range of proven therapeutic techniques to identify and target the source of your pain/dysfunction. Additionally, since 2015, she’s been a Nutritious Movement™-certified Restorative Exercise Specialist.and completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training coursework with Jules Mitchell in 2018.
Since 2012, she has taught Anatomy and Physiology for yoga teachers in training and has presented talks to local businesses on healthy workstations and corrective exercise . She earned a BA in French and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management AA degree from Santa Cruz Community College.
